We really believe in education, networking, and keeping up and understanding trends. Our owner, Andrew, holds several certifications that help to plan the perfect vacation, including Certified Leisure Travel Specialist, Trusted Travel Advisor, Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), and Certified Travel Associate (CTA®). We are a full-service travel agency which means we help with arranging flights, the resort, transfers, activities, and so much more. Modern technology is at the forefront of what we do and all of our clients receive a mobile application that has your documents uploaded to it, your day-by-day itinerary, and more. Instead of calling a large call center, you get us instead. You can just send an email or give us a call and we are here to guide you every step of the way!

What is our Planning process?

We believe in taking a personalized approach with our clients so we can better understand their needs and preferences so we can put together the perfect solution for them. We will be transparent, open, and honest throughout the whole process. Below is how a typical vacation request would work with us.

Fill Out the Travel Inquiry Form

Located at the bottom of this page, we have each client fill out this form. It helps us better understand the vibe, preferences, and more for your upcoming trip.

Complementary 30-Minute Consultation

We take this time to meet you and introduce ourselves. During this time, we will ask questions to understand you and your request better, and feel free to ask us questions, too!

We put together a proposal for you

After our consultation, if we agree, we will put together a proposal for you. Based on our discussion, we will use our extensive supplier network to find the right fit for you.

Revise and approve THE proposal

If needed, we can adjust the proposal and send it back for you to approve. At this point, we start moving forward with taking deposits and confirming the reservations.

Preparation & Travel Time

We work with you to ensure you are ready for your trip. We will cover the travel basics and other recommendations to ensure you are prepared to sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation!
